This paper is verifying of the effects on the electric power deregulation in Japan to the productivity of each electric power company by using the parametric and nonparametric test of the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) and the Inverted DEA (Inverted Data Envelopment Analysis). In this paper, the first step of the evaluation of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of each electric power company for a total of 21 years before and after electric power deregulation. The second step of the verification of the effects on the electric power deregulation in Japan to the productivity of each electric power company by using the parametric and nonparametric test of the DEA and the Inverted DEA are clarified. The verification of the effects on the electric power deregulation of the productivity of each electric power company was identified statistically

This study evaluates the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies (hereinafter“JRs” and Japan's major private railway companies (hereinafter“Private Railways”), using various types of DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). As the ninth report , this paper verifies the effects on the privatization and separation of JNR ( Japan National Railways) to the relative efficiency and inefficiency of JRs and Private Railways by using the parametric and nonparametric test of DEA and Inverted DEA (Inverted Data Envelopment Analysis). More specifically, in this paper, the first step of the evaluation of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies to the productivity and others of each JR and Private Railways for a total of 19 years after the privatization and separation of JNR by using DEA and Inverted DEA. The second step of the verification of the effects on the privatization and separation of JNR to the productivity and others of the JR's Honshu 3-companies (East Japan Railway, Central Japan Railway and West Japan Railway) and Private Railways by using the parametric and nonparametric test of DEA and Inverted DEA are clarified. The third step of the verification of the effects on the privatization and separation of JNR to the productivity and others of the JR's 3-islands companies (Hokkaido Railway, Shikoku Railway and Kyushu Railway) and Private Railways, by using the parametric and nonparametric test of DEA and Inverted DEA are clarified. The verification of the effects on the privatization and separation of JNR of the productivity and others of the JR's Honshu 3-companies and the JR's 3-islands companies were identified statistically

This study evaluates the relative efficiencies for productivity of each electric power company in Japan, using the DEA/Window Analysis (Data Envelopment Analysis/Window Analysis) and the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis (Inverted Data Envelopment Analysis/Window Analysis). The first stage of this evaluation described the trends of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of each electric power company for a total of 21 years before and after electric power deregulation. In the second stage of this evaluation, this paper analyzes trends of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of each electric power company for a total of 20 years after electric power deregulation. In this paper, trends of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of each electric power company became clear by various illustrations. The detailed trends of the productivity of each electric power company were also identified

This study evaluates the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies and Japan's major private railway companies, using various types of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis). The first step of the evaluation focused on the time series perfoumance data analysis of the Japan Railway companies. The second step of the evaluation focused on the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies using the DEA/Window Analysis (Data Envelopment AnalysisfXVindow Analysis). The third step of the evaluation focused on the relative inefficiencies of Japan Railway companies using the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis (Inverted Data Envelopment Analysis/Window Analysis)as a variation of Inverted DEA(Inverted Data Envelopment Analy- sis). As the fourth step of the evaluation, this paper evaluates the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of Japan's major private railway companies in eastern Japan using the DEA/ Window Analysis and the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis. In this paper, trends of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of each Japan's major private railway company in eastem Japan became clear by comparing with each Japan Railway company

This study evaluates the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies and Japan’s major private railway companies, using various types of DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). As the fifth step of the evaluation, this paper evaluates the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of Japan’s major private railway companies in western Japan using the DEA/Window Analysis and the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis. In this paper, trends of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of each Japan’s major private railway company in western Japan became clear by comparing with each Japan Railway company. On the other hand, the first step of the evaluation focused on the time series performance data analysis of the Japan Railway companies. The second step of the evaluation focused on the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies using the DEA/Window Analysis. The third step of the evaluation focused on the relative inefficiencies of Japan Railway companies using the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis as a variation of Inverted DEA. The fourth step of the evaluation focused on the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of Japan’s major private railway companies in eastern Japan using the DEA/ Window Analysis and the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis

This study evaluates the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies and Japan’s major private railway companies, using various types of DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). As the sixth step of the evaluation, this paper illustrates trends of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of each railway company using the DEA/Window Analysis and the Inverted DEA/ Window Analysis. In this paper, trends of the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of each railway company became clear by illustrations based on the Candlestick. In the past papers of the author, the first step of the evaluation focused on the time series performance data analysis of the Japan Railway companies. The second step of the evaluation focused on the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies using the DEA/Window Analysis. The third step of the evaluation focused on the relative inefficiencies of Japan Railway companies using the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis. The fourth and fifth steps of the evaluation focused on the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of Japan’s major private railway companies (in eastern and western Japan) using the DEA/Window Analysis and the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis
